Some of the larger ISPs block this port, forcing you to send email only through their mail server. If that is the case, you must enter the mail server name that was provided by your ISP. Check your ISP documentation or ask your ISP if you are not aware of what the mail server name is. You will need it for any email software that you use, including Outlook and other email client software programs.
